Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 eggs
  • 80 g sugar
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 70 g flour
  • 1 pkt. pudding powder, for cooking with chocolate flavor
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder (not Nesquik)
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 100 ml cream
  • 1 pack of cream stiffener
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 250 ml milk
  • 35 g cornstarch
  • 3 packets of vanilla sugar
  • possibly pudding powder, vanilla

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

everyone has to experiment for themselves

Beat the first 3 ingredients until fluffy. Mix the remaining ingredients and fold into the batter. Line a baking tray with baking paper, spread the batter on it and bake for 10 minutes in a preheated oven (210°C). Cut the batter in half. For the filling, whip the cream until stiff peaks and mix in the remaining ingredients. I then made a very firm vanilla pudding (not too sweet) and let it cool. I fold it into the cream/cream cheese mixture. You can also leave out the pudding; everyone has to try it for themselves. You could also add a little butter and vanilla flavor. Spread it onto one sheet of dough and cover with the other. Now cut into equal-sized slices and put them in the fridge overnight.
