Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 5 eggs
  • 250 g sugar
  • 5 tbsp cocoa
  • 250 g margarine
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 2 packs of cream
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 2 cups of cream
  • 250 g quark
  • 2 tbsp cocoa
  • 4 tbsp water
  • ¾ pack of powdered sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

For the cake, mix all ingredients thoroughly with a mixer. Divide the batter and bake on two baking sheets at 180°C for 15 minutes. Let cool. For the frosting, mix all ingredients thoroughly and spread on one of the cooled cake layers. Place the other layer on top. Then mix the glaze ingredients thoroughly and spread on the top layer. Let the cake cool for a few hours and then cut into slices.
