Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp water, hot
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 100 g flour
  • 1 tsp, leveled baking powder
  • 5 bananas
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 200 g chocolate (milk)
  • 150 g butter
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 500 ml whipped cream
  • 2 packs of cream stiffener
  • eggnog
  • Sweets (Milka Hearts)

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Beat the eggs and water on high speed until frothy. Sprinkle in the sugar and vanilla sugar and continue beating. Mix the flour and baking powder, sift half onto the egg mixture and mix in briefly on the lowest speed. Process the rest in the same way. Pour into a 26cm baking dish and bake at 180°C for approx. 20-25 minutes. Remove from the dish and let cool. Peel the bananas and halve them crosswise. Slice one half and the remaining halves lengthwise. Drizzle the pieces with lemon juice. Roughly chop the chocolate and mix in a bain-marie over low heat until smooth and let cool. Beat the butter and vanilla sugar until creamy. Stir in the cooled chocolate. Beat the whipped cream with the cream stiffener until stiff. Return the base to the dish. Spread the bananas on top. Spoon the whipped cream on top (reserve some for decoration) and spread it out. Then spread the chocolate mixture on top. Chill the cake. Decorate the cake with whipped cream, bananas and Milka hearts.
