for the love handles

Heat the milk, add the chocolate and dissolve it, then add the cocoa powder. In the meantime, soften the gelatine in cold water (as directed on the package), squeeze it out, and then add it to the chocolate milk. Heat everything up again and stir to dissolve the gelatine. Separate the eggs, beat 3 egg yolks and the sugar until frothy. When the milk chocolate has cooled, stir in the egg yolk and sugar mixture. Then leave to cool in the refrigerator until everything thickens slightly (approx. 2.5 hours). Then fold in the stiffly beaten cream and the stiffly beaten egg whites and return to the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Any leftover chocolate can be grated over the pudding! This pudding is light and fluffy; it doesn’t set completely like a packet of pudding.
