Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g butter, soft
  • 4 eggs
  • 400 ml condensed milk, sweetened (Milkmaid)
  • 5 tbsp milk
  • 400 g flour
  • 1 ½ tsp baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

simple – for about 12 waffles

Beat the softened butter and eggs until fluffy. Then add the condensed milk and milk. Mix the flour with the baking powder and add to the batter a spoonful at a time. Bake the batter in batches in a hot waffle iron. Makes about 12 waffles.
