Mill Wheel – Cake
The perfect mill wheel – cake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Dough:
- 5 Pc. Eggs
- 100 g Sugar
- 125 g Sifted flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 100 g Liquid butter
- 5 tablespoon Milk
- Covering:
- 5 Pc. Protein
- 200 g Sugar
- 2 packet Almond leaves
- Filling:
beat :
- 3 packet Cream
- 2 packet Vanilla sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar brown
- 3 packet Cream stiffener
Flavors.
- 1 teaspoon Speculoos seasoning
- 1,5 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
- 1 Knife point Cocoa powder
ground:
- 0,5 teaspoon Coffee beans
Filling:
- 500 g Currants fresh
- 2 packet Red cake topping
- 300 ml Water
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
Note, substitute used.
- Unfortunately, almond flakes had vermin.

Whip the cream:
- Whip the cream with 3 vanilla sugar, 3 cream stiffeners, until stiff. Then add 1 teaspoon of spiced biscuits, 1.5 teaspoon of cinnamon, 1 pinch of cocoa powder and 0.5 teaspoon of ground coffee.
- Put the cream on the 1st floor.

- If you don’t like the taste of coffee, just take a little more of the cinnamon.
