Millet – Mango – Cream

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 80 g millet
  • 170 ml water
  • Cinnamon, whole
  • 1 lemon(s)
  • Salt
  • 30 g honey
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 200 g whipped cream
  • 150 g yogurt
  • 1 mango(s)
  • Vanilla sugar or vanilla pulp

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Bring the water and aromatics to a boil, rinse the millet thoroughly with warm water, and add it. Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer over very low heat. Allow the millet to swell and cool. Season with sour cream, yogurt, and honey, along with the vanilla seeds. Fluff the cooled millet with a fork and stir it into the cream. Cut the mango into small pieces and fold it in with the whipped cream. Serve cold.
