Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 3 carrots
  • 300 g millet
  • 150 g cheese (Gouda)
  • ¼ liter broth
  • ½ bunch of dill
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 natural yogurt

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Rinse the millet with hot water in a sieve. Peel the cucumber and carrots. Deseed the cucumber and dice both. Cook the millet with broth in a pan until tender. Then add the vegetables and simmer a little longer. When the vegetables are al dente, stir in the Gouda cheese and let it melt. For the sauce, combine the yogurt with a crushed garlic clove and stir in the finely chopped dill.
