Millet Patties
The perfect millet patties recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 80 g Millet
- 60 g Wheat
- 1 Pc. Chopped onion
- 1 Pc. Chopped garlic
- 2 Pc. Free range eggs
- 50 gr Grated cheese
- Seasonal herbs
- Salt + pepper
- Bring the millet to the boil with 240 g water and let it soak for about 20 minutes with the lid closed.
- Let cool and mix with the ground wheat, onion, garlic, herbs, eggs and cheese and season with salt and pepper.
- Form 8 patties from the dough with wet hands and fry for about 5 minutes on each side over moderate heat.
- I like to serve with seasonal salads or a vegetable dish.
