Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g honeydew melon(s)
  • 4 tbsp whipped cream
  • 500 ml low-fat milk
  • 1 lime(s), juice
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

The delicious melon refreshment

Puree the cooled melon pulp with whipped cream in a blender. Then mix in the milk, lime juice and vanilla sugar.
