Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup hazelnuts
- ½ cup baking cocoa
- ½ cup of drinking chocolate (powder), optionally Ovomaltine
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 eggs
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 pinch of vanilla powder
- ½ cup sunflower oil

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
Super easy, quick and delicious!
You can use a sour cream cup or any 250 ml cup. Beat the eggs, sugar, and oil with a mixer for about five minutes until frothy. Then briefly stir in all the other ingredients. Pour the batter into any desired dish. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius (top and bottom heat) for about 35-40 minutes.
