Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 kg minced meat
  • 1 onion(s), chopped
  • 1 can of mushrooms
  • 1 bag(s) cheese, grated
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 packs of puff pastry (rolls from the refrigerated section)

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Season the minced meat with salt and pepper, fry with the onions in a pan in a little oil, stirring occasionally, until crumbly, then set aside. Drain the mushrooms well and stir them into the still-warm minced meat mixture along with the cheese. Roll out a puff pastry roll on a baking sheet and spread the cooled meat mixture on top. Cover with the second puff pastry roll, press the edges firmly together, and bake the pie for 30 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius. Serve with a mild coleslaw.
