Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g pork from the topside, minced twice
- 1 onion(s), finely chopped
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- 2 tbsp parsley, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
Mix everything together and let it marinate in the refrigerator for one hour. Serve with onion rings and pickled vegetables, fresh bread, and fresh butter. Instead of topside, you can also use fattier meat (neck or shoulder) and omit the oil.
