Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 1 bell pepper(s), red or yellow, finely chopped
- 4 kohlrabi
- salt water
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- 350 g double cream cheese
- 250 g mozzarella, grated or gratin cheese
- salt and pepper

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Brown the minced meat well. Add the finely chopped onions and bell peppers. Season with salt, pepper, and chili. Peel the kohlrabi, cut into thin slices, and blanch in boiling, lightly salted water for about 7 minutes. Combine the cream cheese and crème fraîche and heat briefly (in a saucepan or microwave) until it becomes nice and runny. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Now alternate the minced meat and kohlrabi in a baking dish and cover with the cheese cream. Finally, sprinkle with mozzarella. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes, until the mozzarella has melted and is lightly browned, if desired.
