Ingredients
- 500 g Fresh mushrooms
- 350 g Minced meat
- 1 glass Tomato sauce
- 250 g Rice
- 1 Paprika
- 4 Medium tomatoes
- 1 Onion
- 0,5 L Water
- Pepper
- Salt
- Oil
Instructions
- Cut the onion into small cubes and fry in a little oil with the minced meat. Slice the mushrooms and dice the bell pepper and add. Season everything vigorously with pepper and salt
- Add the tomato sauce and the uncooked rice and fill up with the water.
- Let rice cook until it has the right consistency and stir from time to time and season to taste. (As an alternative, you can also cook the rice individually and garnish it individually on the plate) When the rice is cooked, dice the tomatoes and add them. Stir briefly and you're done!
