Mushroom Pasta with Minced Meat
The perfect mushroom pasta with minced meat recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 70 g Tagliatelle
- 100 g Minced meat
- 300 g Mixed mushrooms
- 30 g Onion
- 100 ml Water from the mushrooms (alternatively broth)
- 50 ml Cream
- 10 g Wild garlic spice paste (recipe link in the preparation)
- 8 g Food starch
- Salt
- Pepper
- Cook the pasta as usual.
- Peel and finely dice the onions. Mushrooms (I always take mixed mushrooms (mushroom pot) from the jar) Drain, collecting 100ml of mushroom water.
- Fry the minced meat in a pan until crumbly (you don’t need fat as there is enough minced meat) Add onions and fry briefly.
- Add the drained mushrooms, season with salt and pepper and fry everything for 5 minutes.
- Mix the mushroom water (or alternatively the broth) with the cream and starch, add a little salt and pepper and add to the mushrooms. Bring everything to the boil briefly so that the sauce binds.
- Add wild garlic paste and noodles to the mushrooms, mix everything and heat again briefly.
