Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 400 g minced meat
- 1 can tuna in its own juice
- 1 onion(s), diced
- 1 clove(s) garlic, crushed
- salt and pepper
- n. B. herbs
- 1 tbsp mustard
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Mix all ingredients and season to taste. Form into meatballs and place in the air fryer at 180°C for about 15 minutes. Cooking time may vary depending on the size of the meatballs. Tip: They work best in a cooking basket, as this allows the fat to drain away.
