Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg minced meat, mixed
- 2 large onions
- 500 g mushrooms
- 5 tomatoes
- 5 gherkins
- 2 bell peppers, red
- 4 tbsp tomato paste
- 200 ml cream
- 3 tbsp parsley
- salt and pepper
- Clarified butter
Instructions

Quantities are for good eaters
Heat clarified butter in a large, high-sided frying pan. Brown the minced meat over high heat. Then add the finely diced onions and cook until translucent. Wash and dice the bell peppers, then add them to the minced meat. Continue cooking over high heat. After about 10 minutes, stir in the quartered tomatoes and sliced mushrooms. Dice the gherkins and add them. Add the tomato paste, deglaze with cream, and season with salt and pepper. Simmer for about 10 minutes, until the vegetables are tender. Sprinkle with parsley before serving. Serve with boiled potatoes and leaf salad.
