Mushroom and Leberkäse pan

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g mushrooms, brown
  • 150 g Leberkäse
  • 1 onion(s), red
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 20 g rapeseed oil
  • 1 tsp rosemary, dried, chopped
  • Salt
  • black pepper, freshly ground

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Peel the onion and garlic. Thinly slice the onion and finely dice the garlic. Heat half of the oil in a pan over low heat and sauté the onions and garlic until translucent. Clean and slice the mushrooms, add them to the pan, and stir them in. Add the soy sauce and rosemary, and season with salt and pepper. Heat the remaining oil in a second pan over medium heat and brown the previously diced Leberkäse (meatloaf) all over. Add the cooked Leberkäse to the mushroom and onion pan, stir it in, and season to taste. Arrange on a plate or small platter, garnish, and serve.
