  • 1 large can of mushrooms, sliced

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 40 minutes

Combine the minced meat with the eggs, breadcrumbs, mustard, and seasonings, and season well. Peel and finely chop the onions and drain the mushrooms. Knead in the onions, mushrooms, and frozen peas, then pour the mixture into a well-greased, breadcrumb-coated 26cm springform pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (convection oven) for about 80 minutes. Shortly before the end of the cooking time, combine the paprika sauce with the cream and a little Tabasco in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Cut the cake into 12 slices and serve with the hot paprika sauce. It goes well with warm baguette.
