Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced meat
- 1 pack of ready-made onion soup mix
- 1 pack of vegetables (buttered vegetables), frozen
- 200 ml hollandaise sauce
- 200 g cheese, grated, e.g. Gouda
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Place the minced meat in a greased casserole dish, pour the onion soup over the minced meat, and mix it in a little if necessary. Pour the buttered vegetables over the minced meat, pour over the hollandaise sauce, and sprinkle the cheese on top. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 35 minutes. We like to serve it with garlic baguette or a fresh salad.
