Minced meat casserole with mashed potatoes

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g minced meat
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 3 carrots
  • 3 tbsp curry ketchup
  • 1 pack of mashed potatoes for 3 servings
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • Cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Finely dice the onions and garlic and fry with the minced meat. Season with salt, pepper, and sweet paprika. Add the finely grated carrots and simmer for about 10 minutes. Add the curry ketchup and water and simmer for another 5 minutes. Prepare the mashed potatoes according to the package instructions and season with salt and nutmeg. Grease a casserole dish, add the minced meat, top with the mashed potatoes, and cover with cheese. Bake in the oven for about 10-15 minutes.
