Minced meat casserole with zucchini and tomatoes

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 small zucchini
  • 300 g tartar
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 cup of crème fraîche, reduced calories
  • e.g. pasta (wholemeal pasta)
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 100 g cheese (light cheese), grated
  • n. B. spice(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

WW=7.5 P. per person

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. In the meantime, slice the zucchini and steam them; they should still have some bite. Season to taste. Add 2 tablespoons of the crème fraîche and simmer briefly. Place the zucchini in a baking dish. Spread the pasta over the zucchini. Fry the tartare with the finely diced onion and season well, then pour over the pasta. Slice the tomatoes and scatter over the casserole. Add more seasoning, if desired. Mix the cheese with the remaining crème fraîche and the milk. Spread the mixture over the casserole and bake in a preheated oven at 160°C – 180°C for approx. 30 minutes.
