Minced Meat from Wok

Ingredients
 

  • 300 g Minced meat
  • 400 g Chinese cabbage
  • 3 Rods Celery
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Paprika
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 100 ml Vegetable broth
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • Salt, pepper from the mill
  • Chilli from the mill
  • Chinese spice
  • 1 tsp Brown sugar
  • Sesame oil
  • Basmati rice

Instructions
 

  • Cook the basmati rice according to the instructions on the packet.
  • Clean and wash the celery and cut into 1cm thick pieces. Core, wash and cut the bell pepper into strips. Clean and wash the Chinese cabbage and cut into pieces. Peel and halve the onion and cut into thin slices.
  • Heat the oil in a wok and fry the minced meat in it and season with salt, pepper from the mill, Chinese spices and chilli. Take the minced meat out of the wok and prepare.
  • Now sauté the onions in the wok. Add the peppers and celery and let steam with them. Now add the Chinese cabbage and season with salt and pepper from the mill, as well as the sugar and chilli. Deglaze with the soy sauce and vegetable stock. Stir in the minced meat and simmer again for 3 minutes.
  • Arrange the rice on a plate and the minced meat on top. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of sesame oil and serve. Good Appetite.
