Fast Food: Burger with Minced Meat

The perfect fast food: burger with minced meat recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

for the minced mass:

  • 500 g Ground beef
  • 3 tbsp Breadcrumbs
  • 3 tbsp Freshly chopped parsley
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 Pc. Big egg
  • Salt pepper

for filling and filling:

  • 3 Pc. Tomatoes
  • A couple of lettuce leAves
  • 1 Pc. Red onion
  • 4 Pc. Gherkins
  • 6 Pc. Processed cheese slices
  • 6 Pc. Burger bun
  • Ketchup
  • Mayonnaise or cream of salad
  • Some oil for frying
  1. Put the ingredients for the mince in a bowl and knead everything well. Use your hands to form 6 meatballs of the same size approx. 2 cm thick. Heat some oil in a large grill pan and fry the meatballs over a medium heat for about 4 minutes on each side. Press lightly on it again and again with the spatula so that the meatballs stay nice and evenly flat. For the last minute, place a slice of cheese on each meatball and let it melt slightly.
  2. Halve the burger buns and lightly toast them with the cut surface facing down in the wiped pan.
  3. Peel the onion and cut into fine half rings. Cut the pickles lengthways into fine slices. Also cut the tomatoes into slices.
  4. Brush the lower half of the bun with a little mayo, the upper half with a little ketchup. Cover the burgers one after the other with lettuce leaves, meatball, tomatoes, pickles, onions and finally put the bread roll on top.
  5. This goes with e.g. French fries, or a salad.
