for filling and filling:
- 3 Tomatoes
- A couple of lettuce leAves
- 1 Red onion
- 4 Gherkins
- 6 Processed cheese slices
- 6 Burger bun
- Ketchup
- Mayonnaise or cream of salad

Instructions

Heat some oil in a large grill pan and fry the meatballs over a medium heat for about 4 minutes on each side. Press lightly on it again and again with the spatula so that the meatballs stay nice and evenly flat. For the last minute, place a slice of cheese on each meatball and let it melt slightly.
- Halve the burger buns and lightly toast them with the cut surface facing down in the wiped pan.
- Peel the onion and cut into fine half rings. Cut the pickles lengthways into fine slices. Also cut the tomatoes into slices.
- Brush the lower half of the bun with a little mayo, the upper half with a little ketchup. Cover the burgers one after the other with lettuce leaves, meatball, tomatoes, pickles, onions and finally put the bread roll on top.
- This goes with e.g. French fries, or a salad.
