Minced Meat in Zucchini Coating
The perfect minced meat in zucchini coating recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 300 g Minced meat here: pork
- 1 Egg
- 0,5 Rolls old, soaked in milk
- Salt, pepper, possibly garlic
- 1 Zucchini
- 3 Party tomatoes
- 4 Pc. Potato Rosti TK
- Chopped parsley
- Sunflower oil for frying
- Linseed oil
- Soy sauce
- Wash the zucchini and cut lengthways into thin slices. Salt, pepper and fry in linseed oil until golden brown on both sides (not too hot). Then drain on a kitchen towel.
- Season the minced meat with salt and pepper. A few dashes of soy sauce gives the filling a special touch. Mix well with egg and soaked bun. Form two thin rolls and fry them in the neutral oil (I had sunflower oil). If you still like garlic, you should do it now.
- Cut the fried minced meat rolls into 5 cm thick pieces and wrap the zucchini slices. Secure with small wooden skewers.
- Place the potato rösti (finished product TK) on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for about 25 minutes. After 10 minutes add the tomatoes (please peel off for guests) and the minced meat rolls.
