Zucchini Minced Meat Pan
The perfect zucchini minced meat pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Minced meat
- 1 medium sized Zucchini fresh
- 1 Onion
- 1 small can Pizza tomatoes
- 2 tbsp Plant cream
- Seasoning salt
- 2 tsp Hot pepper
- 1 tbsp Vegetable broth powder
- Peel and dice the onion, wash the zucchini, remove the core and cut into approx. 1 cm cubes. Fry the onion with minced meat in vegetable cream until the mince is nice and crumbly. Season with seasoned salt (can be bought ready-made) and paprika powder. Add the zucchini cubes and sauté them. Then put in the can of chopped tomatoes and add about 1/4 l of water. Stir in vegetable stock powder and simmer covered for approx. 7 minutes over a low flame. Season to taste, possibly seasoning. I made tagiatelle to it today.
