Zucchini with Minced Meat
The perfect zucchini with minced meat recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Minced meat
- 500 g Minced meat
- 2 Red Onions
- 1 Red pointed peppers
- 8 Cocktail tomatoes
- 2 Garlic cloves
- Salt
- Cayenne pepper
- 1 packet Tomatoes happened

- 700 g Zucchini
- 200 g Herder cheese
- 200 g Sour cream
- Fry the minced meat in a pan with hot oil until crumbly.
- Peel the onion and garlic, dice them and add to the minced meat.
- Remove the peppers from the seeds, cut into small pieces, halve the tomatoes and add both to the minced meat
- Season the minced meat mixture well with salt and cayenne pepper and deglaze with the tomatoes
- Grease a baking dish and add the minced meat mixture

- Wash the zucchini, remove the ends, cut into slices and spread on the minced meat mixture.
- Mix the cheese with the sour cream and pour onto the zucchini.
- Now off to the 200c. Remove the warm oven for 20-25 minutes and let it rest for a while.
