Minced meat, leek and noodle pan

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 600 g minced meat
  • 4 carrots, about
  • 500 g pasta
  • 2 stalk(s) leeks
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 600 ml cream
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly curry powder
  • n. B. broth
  • Parsley
  • possibly grated cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Finely dice the carrots. Cook the pasta in salted water. Add the carrots 5 minutes before the end of the cooking time. Drain. Fry the minced meat in a pan until crumbly. Season well! Add the chopped leek and onion and fry for about 5 minutes. Add the pasta and carrots. Pour in the cream (you can use less cream and add more stock instead), bring to a boil briefly. Season to taste and serve sprinkled with parsley. If you like, you can also season the recipe with curry powder. Or prepare it a day ahead and top it with cheese the next day.
