Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 500 g minced meat
- 2 bags of mashed potato powder
- 1 large onion(s)
- 150 g cheese (e.g. butter cheese)
- Peppers, pickled, to taste
- Pickled gherkins to taste
- oil
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Brown the ground beef in a little oil. Finely chop the onion and fry briefly. Season with salt and pepper. Prepare the mashed potatoes according to the instructions. Tip: Replace the water with milk. If you prefer homemade mashed potatoes, you can of course use homemade. Then place the ground beef and mashed potatoes on top in a casserole dish. Cover with the cheese. Bake briefly at 200°C (400°F) until the cheese is lightly browned! Serve with Worcestershire sauce.
