Ingredients
 

Minced meat noodles with a fruity side dish

  • 300 g Mett, seasoned
  • 300 g Vegetable cream for frying
  • 1 tsp Flour
  • 100 ml Water
  • 1 tsp Vegetable paste - vegetable powder
  • 150 g Pasta to taste
  • 1 Apple (Braeburn)
  • 1 Bit Butter

Instructions
 

  • Take a pan and add the seasoned mince. First fry without vegetable cream, crumbly. Then add some of it and let it continue to fry. Dust with flour and deglaze with the water. Then add vegetable paste - vegetable powder, stir in.
  • Shift down the whole thing and close it with a lid. Let simmer for about a quarter of an hour. In the meantime, add salted water and cook the pasta to taste. Drain and drain after cooking. Then add the noodles to the minced meat.
  • Take another pan and melt the piece of butter in it. Wash the apple and slice it into a few medium-thick slices. Then fry them until soft. Then take a flat plate and place the minced meat noodles on top. Serve with the fruity side dish.
