Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 ½ kg minced meat
  • 2 eggs
  • Breadcrumbs
  • 2 onions
  • 2 jars of tomato peppers
  • 2 can/n mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 bottle of ketchup, hot (curry ketchup)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Chop the onions and mix them with the egg, breadcrumbs, and ground beef. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and spread them out. Drain the tomatoes and peppers from the jar and spread them evenly on top. Drain the mushrooms and spread them on top. Pour the bottle of ketchup over them. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius (convection oven) for 35-45 minutes. Serve with flatbread or rice.
