Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g minced meat
- 2 leeks
- 100 g whipped cream
- 250 ml vegetable stock
- 100 g cream cheese
- 500 g Knöpfle or Spätzle
- Oil or butter for frying
- salt and pepper

quick and easy
Brown the minced meat in a pan until crumbly. Finely chop the leek and add it after about 3 minutes. Stir in the cream, vegetable stock, and cream cheese and simmer for about 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Meanwhile, in a second pan, fry the dumplings according to the package instructions until golden brown. Then serve with the sauce.
