- 250 g minced meat, mixed
- 3 tomatoes
- 2 onions
- 1 tsp sambal oelek
- 2 tsp curry powder
- 400 ml water

First, peel and dice the onions and fry them with the minced meat in hot oil. Season with salt and pepper. Peel and dice the tomatoes, then add them to the pan along with the rice, water, sambal oelek, and curry powder and bring to a boil. Once boiling, reduce the heat and let it simmer with the lid on for about a quarter of an hour (until the rice has absorbed the liquid and is cooked). Serve immediately.
