Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced beef
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 5 tomatoes
  • 1 can tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 tsp paprika paste
  • 250 g pasta
  • 200 g Emmental cheese, grated
  • 100 ml whipped cream
  • some feta cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • some oregano
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • some oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, preheat a little oil in a pan, add the finely chopped onions, and fry, stirring frequently. After about 3 minutes, add the meat, mix, and fry for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Season with salt, pepper, and oregano. Add the paprika and mix. Add the chopped tomatoes, tomato paste, and a little feta cheese, and let everything simmer for 5 minutes. Then mix in the cream, remove the pan from the heat, and set aside. Place the sliced ​​tomatoes in a baking dish, top with half of the cooked pasta, then add a little meat sauce and sprinkle with some cheese. Then add the remaining pasta and the remaining meat sauce. Cover with the remaining cheese and place the dish in the oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 15 minutes. Enjoy!
