Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 200 g pasta
- salt water
- 250 g minced meat
- 1 small can of mushrooms
- ½ onion(s)
- 1 large carrot(s)
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 2 tbsp bacon, diced
- 400 ml vegetable stock
- 2 tbsp cream cheese, low-fat
- 2 tbsp processed cheese
- n. B. Cheese, grated
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Briefly cook the pasta in salted water. This way, the casserole doesn’t need to be in the oven as long, and the pasta absorbs the sauce better. Brown the minced meat with the garlic and season with salt and pepper, then set aside. Brown the bacon cubes, mushrooms, onions, and carrots together in a pan until everything has a nice consistency. Then add the minced meat, vegetable stock, and cream cheese and simmer until a slightly creamy mixture forms. Season again with salt and pepper if necessary. If it’s too thick, add a little more vegetable stock or water. Place the pasta and the minced meat and vegetable mixture in a casserole dish, sprinkle with grated cheese, and bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for about 20 minutes.
