Minced meat – pasta – casserole with cream

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g minced meat, mixed
  • 250 g pasta (spiral pasta)
  • 1 cup sour cream (or sour cream)
  • 1 pack of sauce (gravy)
  • 6 tbsp oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • 200 ml water
  • 1 package of cheese (Emmental)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

First, preheat the oven to 180°C. Cook the pasta as usual and drain. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a deep pan, brown the ground beef, and add the sauce (pre-mixed with water). Cook the beef in the sauce for about 10 minutes to infuse it with flavor (season with salt and pepper to taste). Then add the pasta, mix thoroughly, and place it in a baking dish. Spread the cup of sour cream over the pasta and finally sprinkle with cheese. Return to the oven for about 15-20 minutes.
