Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 600 g minced meat, mixed
  • 2 bread rolls, soaked
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 onion(s), finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp parsley, finely chopped
  • Salt, finely chopped
  • Pepper, finely chopped
  • marjoram
  • Breadcrumbs for shaping
  • 125 g butter, for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Brown the onion in fat until golden brown, add the parsley, and brown. Squeeze the breadcrumbs well and mix in. Mix the meat with all the other ingredients thoroughly. Form small patties, roll in breadcrumbs, and fry in butter. Serve with mashed potatoes, roasted onions, and a green salad. Tip: I always add a dash of olive oil to the butter.
