Minced meat pizza rolls

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 6 tbsp milk
  • 8 tbsp oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 200 g flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 medium-sized onion(s), chopped
  • 2 clove(s) garlic, squeezed
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 350 g minced beef
  • 2 eggs
  • salt and pepper
  • 70 g tomato paste
  • 200 g cheese, grated
  • Paprika powder and thyme

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Knead the quark, flour, milk, baking powder, and 6 tablespoons of oil into a dough and chill for 30 minutes. For the topping, mix the chopped onion, garlic, tomatoes, minced meat, 100g of cheese, and egg. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme. Roll out the dough to about 30 x 40 cm. Mix the tomato paste with 2 tablespoons of oil and spread it on the rolled out dough. Then spread the minced meat mixture on top. Roll up the dough, starting from the narrow side. Cut the pizza roll into about 15 slices and place the resulting snails on two baking sheets lined with baking paper. Beat the second egg, spread it on the snails, and sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at about 220°C for 15 minutes each.
