Minced meat pizza with quark and oil dough

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • ¾ cup low-fat curd cheese (500 g cup)
  • 250 g flour
  • 4 tbsp milk
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp, leveled salt
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 2 tsp, leveled sugar
  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 egg(s)
  • some breadcrumbs
  • salt and pepper
  • Pizza seasoning or herbs of Provence or simply marjoram
  • ketchup
  • 2 packs of grated cheese, e.g. pizza cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

For the dough, mix all ingredients and knead well. Roll out the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Dust it all over with flour, as the dough tends to be very sticky. Spread the dough evenly with ketchup and sprinkle with pizza seasoning or herbs. For the topping, finely chop the onion, then add the onion, egg, and breadcrumbs to the minced meat. Mix everything together and season with salt and pepper. Spread the meat mixture on the pizza base and bake the pizza at 200 degrees Celsius for about 35 minutes. Shortly before the end of the baking time, sprinkle the cheese on the pizza and let it melt.
