Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g apples
- 1 egg(s)
- butter
- 200 g flour
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Peel and core the apples, and cut them into small cubes. Add the flour, egg, 20g melted butter, and a pinch of salt, and mix everything together. Form small dumplings and let them cook in lightly simmering salted water. When they’re ready, toss them in butter with cinnamon and sugar. Finally, pour over the melted butter.
