Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 300 g minced meat (beef)
- 300 g minced meat (pork or lamb)
- 1 large onion(s), finely chopped
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp paprika powder, sweet
- 1 tsp Fondor
- pepper
- Salt
- Oil for brushing
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Cevapcici style
Mix the minced meat with the finely chopped onion and crushed garlic. Season with paprika, salt, pepper, and Fondor. Shape the mixture into finger-sized rolls and grill for 8-10 minutes until nicely browned. Brush with oil every now and then (the rolls can also be pan-fried until crispy). Serve with tzatziki and coleslaw.
