Quinoa with Smoked Tofu
The perfect quinoa with smoked tofu recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Quinoa
- 250 gr Quinoa
- 1 l Water
- Some margarine
Smoked tofu
- 250 gr Smoked tofu
- 2 Dried chili peppers
- Pepper and salt
- Paprika powder
- Curry powder
- Oil for frying
- 1 tbsp Chives
- 2 tbsp Sunflower seeds
Quinoa
- Wash the quinoa thoroughly with hot water.
- Bring the water to a boil in a saucepan. Add the quinoa to the boiling water and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring repeatedly. After boiling, let it soak for another 5 – 10 minutes
- While the quinoa is simmering, prepare the tofu.
Smoked tofu
- Cut the tofu into small cubes, chop the chilli peppers and fry in a pan with a little oil.
- Season with pepper, salt, paprika powder and curry and stir in the sunflower seeds.
- When the quinoa is ready, add some margarine, the fried tofu and the chives and stir everything together. Season to taste and, if necessary, add seasoning. Finished !!!
