Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g minced meat
- 1 small onion(s), finely chopped
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 1 little salt and pepper, pepper, paprika
- Paprika powder
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 egg(s)
- 8 slices of ham or bacon
- 100 g cheese, grated (Gouda)
- 1 bottle of chili sauce
- 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
- ½ cup cream
- ½ cup sour cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
with chili sauce
Make a meat dough from the ground meat, onion, breadcrumbs, mustard, and egg and season with pepper, paprika, and salt. Form the meat dough into 8 rolls and wrap each in a slice of ham, then place in a greased baking dish. Mix the chili sauce, tomato ketchup, cream, and sour cream together and pour over the rolls. Sprinkle everything with the Gouda cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (180°C fan-assisted oven) for 40-60 minutes. I recommend serving with rice.
