- 5 eggs
- 200 g sugar
- 200 g flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder

First, beat the eggs and sugar until very fluffy. Combine the flour and baking powder, sift them onto the foam mixture, and fold them in. Pour the batter into a baking pan lined with baking paper and smooth it down. Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C (fan assisted) for 25-30 minutes. Do not open the oven during this time, as this could cause the cake to collapse. Then do the toothpick test. Allow to cool completely before further processing.
