Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 onion(s), chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • 150 g bacon or raw ham
  • 2 cups of sweet cream
  • possibly sauce thickener
  • Paprika powder
  • Breadcrumbs

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mix the minced meat with the egg, onion, and some breadcrumbs. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Form into rolls and wrap them in the ham. Place the rolls in a baking dish and pour over the two cups of cream. Bake in the oven at 200°C for 30 minutes. If desired, thicken the sauce with a little sauce thickener, season to taste, and serve with the rolls. Serve with tagliatelle and a mixed salad. Tip: You can also use 500g of minced pork, which saves you the trouble of seasoning.
