Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat
  • 1 small can of corn
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • 1 bell pepper(s), green
  • 1 small cucumber(s) or 1/2 large
  • 500 g Tzatziki, ready-made or homemade
  • 1 baguette(s)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Layered salad á la souzel

Season the ground beef and fry well. Let it cool and transfer it to a bowl. Sprinkle the corn over it. Chop the two bell peppers and place them on top. Then finely chop the cucumber and arrange it in slices. Finally, serve with the tzatziki. Don’t stir, and let everything marinate well. Garnish with cucumber slices, if desired. Serve with baguette. A fresh salad, quick to make.
