Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- ½ liter broth, clear
- 1 ½ tube(s) tomato paste
- 1 onion(s)
- salt and pepper
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Peel the onion and dice it into small cubes. Heat a little oil in a pan. Sauté the onions until translucent. Add the minced meat and fry until crumbly. Fry until the juices begin to run. Season with pepper. Mix in the tomato paste until everything is well coated, then fry briefly. Deglaze with the clear stock. Simmer briefly and let stand on the lowest heat for about half an hour. Season again before serving.
