Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 medium-sized bell pepper(s), yellow
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 1 large apple, sweet
  • 2 m.-sized banana(s)
  • 1 can of tangerine(s)
  • 1 cup of sweet cream
  • some paprika powder
  • salt and pepper
  • curry powder
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Brown the minced meat in a little oil until crumbly. Add the finely diced onions, bell peppers, and apple and season with plenty of curry powder, a little paprika, salt, and pepper. Then add the thickly sliced ​​banana, the mandarin oranges (including their juice), and the cream, and simmer for another 10-15 minutes. Season to taste before serving. Serve with rice or pasta.
