Minced Meat Sauce

The perfect minced meat sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Vegetable onion
  • Oil for frying
  • 500 g Mixed minced meat
  • 800 ml Water
  • 0,75 Tomato paste tube
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Sweet paprika
  • 4 packet Sauce for roast
  • Maggie
  1. The onion cubes. Heat the oil in a saucepan and sauté the onion cubes until translucent.
  2. Add the minced meat and fry it well and season it properly with salt and pepper and add a lot of paprika powder if you like.
  3. approx. Add 800 ml of water and the tomato paste to the meat and bring to the boil.
  4. Now stir in the sauce powder.
  5. The whole thing is now seasoned with Maggie and, if missing, seasoned with salt, pepper and paprika.
